Shipping policy

 

Customers can choose between two delivery methods at checkout:


1. Ship Directly to You

After placing your order, you will receive an email containing the vendor’s payment details.

  • Complete the full payment within 10 minutes of placing your order.
  • Upload your payment screenshot using the link provided in the email.
  • Once your payment is verified, you will receive a confirmation email.

The vendor is responsible for shipping your order within their stated delivery timeframe. For more details, please review the vendor’s Refund Policy and Shipping Policy in their seller profile.

If you have any questions regarding a vendor’s policies, we recommend contacting them directly via email before placing your order.


2. Ship to Paxi (Authentication) → Then to You

After checkout, you will receive an email with Paxi’s payment details.

  • Pay only the authentication fee upfront.
  • Upload your payment screenshot within 10 minutes using the provided link.

Once payment is confirmed:

  1. The vendor ships the card(s) to Paxi for authentication.
  2. After successful authentication, you will receive the vendor’s payment details.
  3. Complete the remaining payment and upload your payment proof.
  4. Once confirmed, Paxi will ship the card(s) to you.

Important:

  • If the vendor fails to ship the card(s) to Paxi within their stated timeframe, your authentication fee will be refunded, and the order will be cancelled.


Legal & Liability Disclaimer

By placing an order on this platform, you acknowledge and agree that Paxi acts solely as an intermediary marketplace facilitating transactions between buyers and independent vendors, except where explicitly stated for authentication services. Paxi does not take ownership of, control, or responsibility for any products listed by vendors, including but not limited to product quality, condition, authenticity (unless authenticated through Paxi), shipping timelines, or fulfillment obligations.

All transactions made directly with vendors are at the buyer’s own risk. Vendors are solely responsible for fulfilling orders, providing accurate product descriptions, and adhering to their stated shipping and refund policies. Paxi shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, misrepresentation, or dispute arising from transactions between buyers and vendors.

For orders involving Paxi authentication services, Paxi’s responsibility is limited strictly to the authentication process and subsequent handling of items while in Paxi’s possession. Paxi does not guarantee grading outcomes, future value, or marketability of any authenticated items. Any opinions provided during authentication are final and non-negotiable.

Paxi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage, arising from the use of this platform or services.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring timely payments, accurate submission of payment confirmations, and compliance with all stated deadlines. Failure to comply with payment timelines or submission requirements may result in automatic order cancellation without liability to Paxi.

In the event of vendor non-performance in authentication-based transactions, Paxi’s liability is limited strictly to the refund of the authentication fee paid, and no further compensation shall be owed.

By using this platform, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Paxi, its owners, operators, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform, transactions with vendors, or violation of these terms.

Paxi reserves the right to update, modify, or enforce these terms at any time without prior notice.
